High Precision Small Parts Turning
Somec builds a high precision Gang Tool lathe with a standard 5C Chuck that is ideal for "secondary" applications.
This machine is built on a thermally stable cast polymer base and uses quality high precision components designed to provide lasting accuracy and repeatability.
Fanuc Oi Mate Type B controls allow for simple programming, reliability and industry recognized servicing. A barfeeder interface is standard; a barfeeder and other secondary equipment can be added.
